SHIPPING / PROCESSING
- We process orders Monday through Friday 9am-6pm PST. The order processing time is 24-48 hours after the order is placed. The orders received on Friday evening will be processed on the following 2 business days. For expedited shipments, the orders received before noon PST will ship the same day.Â
- We provide FREE SHIPPING IN CONTINENTAL USA USING UPS GROUD FOR ORDERS ABOVE $200. There will be an option to ship at a faster rate at the checkout with added shipping charge. We also provide worldwide shipping.
- UPS does not ship to PO box.
- USPS Priority Mail - USPS offers 1, 2, 3 day Priority Mail; however, the delivery date is not guaranteed. We have seen increased cases of USPS Priority mail being delayed by 1-3 extra days. Please use UPS 2 or 3 day shipping if need to receive items by a certain date.Â
- Rush Shipments: UPS 2, 3 day offers guaranteed shipment within promised delivery date.Â
- Please confirm the shipping address. There will be a charge for changed shipping address after the order has been shipped (UPS charge).
- UPS or USPS tracking number will be sent once the shipment has been initiated. Please use the tracking number to track the package. UPS and USPS ARE THRID PARTY VENDORS. WE DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OVER THE DELIVERY DATE OR ANY UNFORSEEN ISSUES. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss for all products once it leaves our warehouse lies solely on shipping carriers. We have no obligation to seek any claim or recovery from the shipping carrier for any damaged or loss during transit. We will do our best to work with shipping carriers to have our products delivered to you on time and in good condition. Customer is responsible for the payment of all taxes, tariffs, duties, and customs charges imposed by the local authorities.Â
REFUSED / UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
There will be 20% restocking fee for refused, insufficient address, and unclaimed shipment along with all shipment charges.
